This is the actual Eddy Merckx Corsa 01 I’ve been riding for years – laced with a full Campagnolo groupset, chrome Fausto Coppy forks, and 16-speed STI gears. The rims are deep 700c super true, the brakes are sharp and responsive, and it’s just about the most well-balanced bike I’ve ever had.

Frame’s sized 56cm – perfect for someone 5’7” to 6’1” if you’re into a smooth, stiff ride. I’ve had it professionally serviced every few months – every nut, every bolt cleaned, lubricated, and checked. It runs like a dream, no issues, no wobbles.

I bought it new and kept it in great shape, so it’s been used only for regular rides and commuting. Very low maintenance, great for daily use. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid – built to last, not just to impress.

It’s from Prenton, Wirral, and I’m happy to arrange a test ride or just chat about it. No shortcuts, no swaps – everything’s original, just like when it came off the shelf. I’ve got a business invoice too if you’d like to see it.
