I’ve had this laptop since 2019 and it’s been my go-to for work and studying. It’s a Dell Latitude E7470 — i5-6300U, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro — and it’s been tested, clean, and runs smooth. The build is solid, magnesium alloy, so it doesn’t wobble or break easily. The 14” screen is fine for most things — not super sharp, but good for documents, videos, and browsing.

I’ve kept it well maintained, only a few light marks from daily use, and the battery still holds a decent charge. It’s not flashy, but it does what it needs to — no lag, no crashes, handles office tasks, light video editing, and remote learning just fine.

What’s really nice is that it comes with everything I use: a wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse, and the original Dell carry bag. I even have a new mousepad on the way (the one in the photos is missing — just a small note, not a big deal).

I bought it new from Amazon about a year ago for £155 — so it’s not expensive, just a bit of a long-term investment. I’m based in Kidderminster, Wyre Forest, so local pickup is easy. If you’re further away, I can ship it, but you’ll cover the cost.
