Volkswagen Polo Hatchback 2010 1.2L HPI Manual

Description

This old-school Polo has been my daily driver for years and I’m finally putting it on the market. It’s a solid 2010 manual hatchback with 1.2L HPI engine – smooth as silk when you’re driving it, and the gears shift just right for someone learning the ropes.

I’ve had it for a while now and it’s been well looked after. Brakes got a full overhaul about 7–8 months ago, and the clutch was replaced 3 months back – both were done properly and it’s been reliable since. I’ve done two full services in the last year, and I just put on two new rear tyres 300 miles ago, so they’re fresh and safe.

There’s a small dent on the door and a few scratches around the body – not much, just some minor wear. The mileage is just over 80k now, and it’ll go up a bit since I’m still using it. The original plate is kV10 HCY, but I don’t have the private registration – it’ll be taken off when I sell it.

Insurance is super cheap on this one, which makes it a great option for new drivers. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, easy to drive, and gets the job done. I’ve kept it simple and low-maintenance, and it’s been a real pleasure to drive over the years.

It’s currently in anlaby, East Riding of Yorkshire – just a quick drop by if you’re around. Price is £2,520, but I don’t expect anyone to go for it unless they really like the way it drives.
