Got this old cot bed from Mamas and Pappas – it’s wooden, came with the mattress, and honestly, it’s been in a smoke-free, pet-free house so it’s in pretty good shape. The clever bit is that it can go from a cot to a junior bed, and the height of the sleeping section can be adjusted. I’ve kept the instructions handy, so it’s not too tricky to put it together.
