2023 Peugeot 2008 1.2 PureTech Allure Premium SUV
Description
So, I’ve had this Peugeot 2008 for about a year now and honestly, it’s been a solid daily driver. It’s a 5-door SUV with the 1.2 PureTech engine, 130ps, manual gearbox, and Euro 6 compliance — no emissions drama, just clean, reliable performance.Inside, it’s got a 7-inch touchscreen with Peugeot Connected, 3D navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and MirrorLink — I’ve used it for both work and road trips. The radio is MP3 compatible, and I’ve got DAB too. There’s a USB port in the front, two in the rear, and a smartphone dock — I’ve actually used it to plug in my phone while driving, which is a nice touch.
The driver’s side has a lot of smart bits: voice control, driver attention alerts, distance warning, and a gear shift indicator. I also have a rear reversing camera with a 180-degree view — super helpful when parking. There’s parking sensors too, and the head-up display is actually pretty cool — 3D cockpit view that’s configurable.
I’ve got the full eco LED lighting — headlights with a toothy design, daytime running lights, and those sharp claw-effect tail lights that flash in daylight. The alloy wheels are 17-inch Salamanca with diamond cut finish, and the car’s got a dark tint on the rear windows and roof. The interior is mostly black with gloss black trim, and the seats have leather and carbon-effect panels.
Some of the little extras: heated and power-folding mirrors, one-touch electric windows, front and rear door handles in body colour, and a pollen filter in the AC. I’ve used the trip computer, cruise control, and even the speed limiter — useful for long drives.
I’ve had it through a few seasons, from winter to summer, and it’s held up well. It’s not flashy, but it’s practical, comfortable, and has a nice balance of tech and usability.
I’m based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, and it’s actually quite a bit easier to get around than I thought — just a 10-minute drive from the town centre. The car is in great shape, no major damage, and I’ve kept it well maintained.
It’s worth noting the price is £13,514.40 — not something I’d advertise if it wasn’t a fair deal. I’ve kept it simple, no flashy claims, just a real car I’ve used every day.
I’m not selling it for a quick profit — I’m just moving on and it’s time to find a new daily driver. If you’re looking for something reliable, tech-savvy, and not too flashy, this might just be your kind of car.
If you're interested, I’m happy to chat — no pressure, just a real conversation about what you’d actually use it for.
