I’m letting this studio in a student block at Drapery Place in Wallingford, South Oxfordshire. It’s a quiet, clean spot with a proper bathroom, kitchen, and living area — all set up nicely. The room is 16m², has a double bed, and includes everything you’d need: wardrobe, desk, fridge freezer, microwave, cooking hobs, combi-oven, and even a breakfast bar. There’s a shower, washbasin, towel rail, and a full-length mirror — plus storage under the bed and a few little extras like stools and a mop bucket.

I was originally planning to move in myself, but I’ve decided to go somewhere else instead. So I’m looking for someone to take over — just need a quiet, reliable person who doesn’t mind a bit of shared space.
