There’s a bit of everything nearby — a designer outlet, supermarkets like Tesco and Sainsbury’s, local cafes, and a few schools that are Ofsted-rated. I’ve even walked past a few parks and playgrounds, which is nice for family life.

I’m not selling it for much — just £9 — but I’m looking for a swap: a 3 or 4-bedroom house within 10 miles of Wembley. If you’ve got something like that and are looking for a more relaxed, well-maintained place in a quieter area, this might be a good fit.
