So, I’ve had this 2017 Volkswagen Golf for a couple of years now and honestly, it’s been a solid daily driver. It’s a silver one, and I’ve kept it well looked after — no major issues, just regular maintenance and a bit of TLC.

The car’s got a lot of nice features you’d expect from a Golf — 18-inch alloy wheels, heated seats, electric windows, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, satellite navigation, and adaptive cruise control. The interior is clean and comfortable, with black cloth trim, cup holders, a central armrest, and even a little storage space in the centre console. The rear seats fold down easily, which is handy if I need to carry stuff or go on trips.

I’ve also got LED headlights, daytime running lights, and parking sensors — all of which help with visibility and make parking easier. The cabin is quiet, the climate control works well, and there’s a decent amount of space for two or three people.

It’s a petrol-electric hybrid (GTE), so it runs on both petrol and electric power — the electric bit kicks in when you’re not going too fast or on long drives. I’ve only used it for regular commuting and weekend trips, so it’s been pretty reliable.

I’m based in Dungannon, Mid-Ulster District Council, and I’m just putting this one on the market because I’m moving into a new area and don’t need it anymore. The car is in great shape, has a solid service history, and I’ve been careful about maintenance.
