Description

So, I’ve got this 2022 Toyota Yaris Cross Design HEV hybrid – it’s a fairly clean-looking model on the outside, but it’s had some front, side, and rear damage. It starts up and runs fine, which is good to know for a quick check, but I’d definitely recommend someone with a bit of car knowledge takes a look before you commit.

It’s been through an insurance claim, so it’s not a personal car – that means the mileage, history, and exact condition might not be 100% clear from the listings. I’ve seen some of the HPI info pop up as clear at times, but it’s not guaranteed to stay that way. Eventually, it’ll show up on HPI, and you’ll want to check that yourself.

The vehicle is stored at a salvage yard in Fareham, Hampshire. If you’re local or can make it over, I’d suggest popping by to see it in person. No warranties of any kind – just as-is, exactly how it looks. I don’t recommend driving it off-site unless you’ve had it properly assessed by a mechanic.

If you're thinking about buying it, bring a mechanic or engineer along. They’ll be able to spot what’s really going on – especially with things like the hybrid system, which might have been affected by the damage. The engine and gearbox aren’t guaranteed to hold up long-term, and there’s no spare parts included (like the nav map, charging plug, or spare wheel).

I’ve got a few other vehicles in stock, so if you’re interested, I can share more details. All payments can be done via debit card, bank transfer, or cash – just keep in mind that cash comes with a 2% handling fee.

If you’re not collecting it straight away, I can hold it for you, but I’m not liable after it leaves the yard. Deposit is non-refundable, and everything is sold as seen.

If you’ve got any questions, feel free to give me a call – I’m around from 9am to 4pm Monday to Saturday.

The price is £7,605 – that’s just the number I’ve got in the books, but it’s not something I’ll mention in the title.

Just wanted to be transparent – this isn’t a showroom car, it’s a salvage unit with real-world history. If you’re looking for a low-cost, practical vehicle with some potential, it’s worth a look – but only if you’re ready to do the hard work of checking it out yourself.
