Got this punch bag stand from a friend’s garage sale years ago – it’s been in the corner of my garage for ages. I used to have a punch bag, but my wife’s been pretty firm about not having anything that looks like a punching bag in the house. So I just left it here, unused, and it’s actually holding up well. A bit of scuffing on the base, but nothing major. Still sturdy and stable.
