It was a lovely gift but since I am away a lot I am hoping it will be housed much better. I have attached the specs in the pictures. Collection from WD24 Watford. Near Everett Rovers Football Club. Flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift. It weighs 60kgs so you need at least two people to take it down. As you can see it is fully assembled. I can help as well.Seller Information
