I’ve had this scooter since 18 months ago, and after a long spell of ill health, I’ve decided to part with it. It’s been used very lightly and still looks great — the original finish is intact, everything works smoothly, and it’s been well looked after.

It’s a Roadmaster, which is one of the top models in its category. The styling is clean and modern, feels really solid. It has a high ground clearance and proper car-style suspension — so it rides comfortably, even on uneven surfaces. The seat’s adjustable, which I’ve found really helpful, and there’s a full off-board charger, front and rear lights, horn, and a new delta tiller. The mirrors are good too, and it has front and rear suspension with large pneumatic tyres.

It’s Motability road legal, goes up to 8mph, and comes with a rain cover and a warm knee cover blanket. I’ve used it every day for years — it’s become part of my routine.

I’ve only got it because of my health, and I’m just not able to keep using it anymore. It’s in great shape, and honestly, it’s a solid deal — less than half of what it would cost new.
