Description
This tagine is a solid, slightly worn one I’ve used mostly for slow-cooked stews and rice dishes. The black and cream finish is a bit faded in spots, but it’s still sturdy and holds heat well. I’ve kept it mostly in the kitchen at wantage, Vale of White Horse, and only used it a few times over the years. It’s not flashy, but it works perfectly for the kind of meals I like to make at home.
