Volkswagen Caddy Panel Van 2006

Description

Got this 2006 VW Caddy 2lite SDI sitting in my garage in Carmarthenshire, Wales. It’s a solid little van, still runs and drives fine — I’ve had it for years and it’s been through a lot. MOT’s still valid till November, so it’s not a problem for now. All tyres are good and I’ve had the rear speed sensors replaced twice, plus the front plastic panel — that’s the one that hits the ground when you open the door, so it’s been fixed.

It’s been used mostly for local jobs, so it’s seen some real action. Front window screen is cracked, so it’s a bit of a mess when it’s sunny — not a big deal, but you’ll see it. The sills need welding, and the passenger side door handle on the outside doesn’t work — I’ve tried to fix it, but it’s still not clicking. Air light is on because the plug’s not connected, and the exhaust boxes are missing — I know, not ideal.

I’m selling it because I’ve bought a newer van and it’s just easier to keep the newer one. It’s not a show piece, it’s a workhorse. I’m not looking for a big offer — just something reasonable. If you’re thinking of using it for fishing or light work, it’s got potential. It’s been well looked after, but it does need a bit of tlc.
