Jaguar XF 2012 Premium Luxury 3.0l Diesel
Description
So I’ve been keeping this 2012 facelift Jaguar XF Premium Luxury 3.0l Diesel going strong for over a year now — it’s been my daily driver, and honestly, it’s been a real joy to drive. The engine’s been well looked after, and I’ve done regular servicing, with the last one just two months ago.I’ve had a few bits and pieces replaced over the years: new water outlet housing, front and rear brakes (including a new left rear brake calliper), and both rear suspension wishbones. The belt was changed by the previous owner around 65k miles, which I found reassuring. The car’s now at 102k miles — not a lot for a diesel like this, especially with proper care.
It’s got a solid MOT until May 2026, and the only minor thing is a bit of corrosion on the rear sub-frame — not anything that’s weakened, just something you see in older cars. The paint has a bit of age-related wear, but nothing that looks out of place.
I’m moving to Shropshire, England in two weeks, so I won’t need it anymore. I’ve kept the car in good shape and it’s been reliable, but it’s time to pass it on. The plates are private, and I’ll take them off before the sale — original plates will go back on.
I’ll be sad to see it go, but I really hope the next person finds it as much of a pleasure to drive as I have. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid, quiet, and just about the best blend of comfort and performance I’ve had in a car. If you’re someone who likes a bit of luxury without the fuss, this one’s worth a look.
