I’m letting out two double rooms in a flat in Hollywood, Bromsgrove — it’s on the same floor, all on one level, so it’s super easy to get around. The flat has four bedrooms, but only two rooms are available right now.

The bigger room is perfect for couples, and the smaller one is great for a single person. Both rooms are fully furnished: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, mirror, a table and chairs, plus black-out curtains for a good night’s sleep. You get your own room key, and there’s a private bathroom and kitchen area — no sharing those spaces.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine too. I’ve got iron, ironing board, hoover, mop, and a drying rack all ready to go. There’s also free high-speed internet.

I’ve got a weekly cleaning service that covers the kitchen, bathrooms, and hallways — keeps everything tidy. And they’re always on hand with hand soap, washing-up liquid, sponges, and cloths.

The rent is £885 for the bigger room (single or couple), £775 for the smaller one. Couples get an extra £170 on top. All bills — electricity and gas — are included up to a set monthly budget. The contract is 6 months.
