I’ve had this Big Baby Taylor for years and it’s honestly one of my go-to guitars for gigs and just hanging out with music on the side. It’s not a flashy or super huge instrument, but it’s just the right size — slightly bigger than the Baby model, close to full size, but still super easy to play. The dreadnought shape gives it a solid, rich tone, especially in the low end — you can really feel the punch when you play it.

The sitka spruce top gives it that dreamy, clear tone with great dynamics. It doesn’t sound thin or flat — you get that full warmth and clarity at the same time. The walnut back and sides add depth without losing that bright top end sparkle. I’ve played it in all sorts of settings, from quiet home sessions to live gigs, and it holds up well.

The ebony fretboard is smooth — I’ve played it a lot and never had any fret buzz or stickiness. It’s a bit of a joy to run your fingers over, especially when you’re getting into some expressive playing. The walnut neck pairs nicely with the ebony, and the 20-fret scale feels just right.

It’s in mint condition — I’ve kept it well cared for, and the original gig bag is still with it. I’ve only played it occasionally, so it’s still in great shape. The case is original too, and everything’s been stored properly.

I picked it up from a local music shop years ago, and it’s been a constant companion through a lot of changes — from studio work to just casual playing. I’m not selling it for a lot, just passing it on to someone who might find it useful. It’s not a showpiece, but it does what it’s meant to: sound good, play well, and stay comfortable in your hands.
