I’ve had this little waist twister for a while now — it’s basically a home fitness gadget that’s been useful for a few things. It’s got a purple resin base, about 27.5cm in diameter, and comes with resistance bands so you can work on your core, arms, and even get a bit of full-body movement.

The thing is, it’s not just for workouts. I use it when I’m sitting at home, watching TV or working from my desk — just put your feet on it and twist them slowly. You can also stretch your arms over your head, twist side to side, or even do a simple arm-up-and-twist move. It’s not super intense, but it’s a small way to get some movement in without needing a gym.

The base has a non-slip surface, so it doesn’t slide around — which is a real plus when you're trying to stay still for a bit. It makes a little noise when you twist, but it’s not loud and won’t bother you if you're in the same room as someone.

One thing to note: it’s rated for up to 120kg, but I’ve only used it for under 70kg, so if you’re heavier, it might not be ideal for long-term use. Still, it’s been good for me — I’ve been doing 10–15 minutes a day and it helps with posture and a bit of core strength.
