Got this old static caravan in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire and I'm finally selling it. It’s 37ft by 12ft, two bedrooms, and has a full bathroom with shower and toilet — plus another shower and toilet, so it’s really handy for families or just someone who likes having their own space. There’s a disability ramp and a deck, and all the windows are double glazed with a hot air blow heating system, so it stays warm even in the colder months.

It’s a super convenient spot — just a 1-minute walk to the beach and sea, and 10 minutes to Fantasy Island and Market Ingoldmells. No age limit on the site as long as it’s kept in good condition, which I’ve already taken care of. The gas and electric systems are both up to date, and everything electrical was PAT tested in June 2005 — so it’s safe and reliable.

I’m offering it from September 2025, and the price includes a name change and the rest of this year’s ground rent (£2700). Everything’s included, so you’re good to go once you move in.
