I’ve been driving this 2023 VW Polo TSI Life for a few years now, and it’s been a solid daily driver. Only 14,081 miles on the clock, and it’s been single ownership — so it’s been well looked after. The 1.0-litre petrol engine gives a real kick in the right places and gets around 54 mpg, which is great if you’re trying to keep fuel costs down.

I’ve had it checked properly and it’s got ESP and safety belt pretensioners — all the standard safety stuff.
