So I’m moving out next month and just wanted to let people know about this room — it’s actually in Chichester, West Sussex, not far from the town centre.

The house itself is quiet, clean, and has all utilities covered — gas, electricity, internet, cleaning included. No worries about bills. Also, there’s a one-off £150 council tax contribution that’s already been sorted.

There’s a full kitchen area, two full bathrooms, and a living room with a dining table. I’ve lived here for a while and can vouch for the vibe — it’s peaceful, easy to get around, and not too far from shops or transport.

It’s just under a minute walk to the Piccadilly and District lines, and there’s a Sainsburys, Nandos, and the commons all under 5 minutes. From here, it’s a quick trip back to Chichester town or even further out if needed.
