So, I’ve been keeping this Golf for a while now — it’s a 2017 TDI GTD, 2.0L diesel, manual gearbox, and it’s got that classic Golf punch. The engine’s solid, gets you from 0 to 60 in about 7.2 seconds, which isn’t flashy but it’s definitely responsive.

It’s got Android Auto and Apple CarPlay via the Car Net App Connect — nice for phone integration. The LED headlights with Dynamic Curve Light are a bit of a highlight, especially when it’s dark or driving in the country roads.

Inside, climate control is a plus, and the winter pack means heated seats — useful when it’s chilly. There’s also a dusk sensor that turns on the driving lights automatically, which I’ve found handy on evenings out.

The boot’s decent too — not massive, but good enough for groceries, a couple of kids’ school bags, or a weekend trip.

I bought it new and it’s been well-maintained. I’m selling it because I’ve moved around a bit and now I’m based in Hazlemere, Beaconsfield and Chepping Wye Community Board — so it’s not going to be far from where I live.
