Got this as a gift for my mum, she’s been using it a bit for her back and hip pain. It’s been used only a handful of times, so still feels like new. Works well, the heat and massage settings are solid. I’ve kept it clean and stored it properly. It’s a bit bulky but super handy when you're at home or on the go.
