Got this old Samsonite Silhouette bag from my dad’s closet — it’s one of those practical little things that just never left. It’s a blue nylon folding garment bag, and I only ever used it for suits and dresses, which is why it’s still in pretty good shape. The nylon is a bit worn in places, but the zippers still work fine and it folds down neatly. When closed, it’s about 24 inches long and 20 inches wide — opens up to about 24 x 40 inches, so it fits a full suit or a couple of dresses. The shoulder strap is adjustable and can be taken off, which makes it easy to carry around without having to hold it. I’ve only used it a few times, so it’s not super dusty or stained. It’s been sitting in a drawer for years and I just figured I’d pass it on.
