This old-school writing desk is actually pretty much perfect for anyone who needs a solid, functional desk—especially if you’ve got a lot of paperwork or just want something that doesn’t look like it’s from the 1980s. It’s got that classic turned leg design, a mix of poplar and rubberwood with white oak veneer, and the surface is big enough to fit a laptop, books, and a mug without crowding. There’s a full-extension drawer with smooth metal glides and adjustable levelers so it sits flat on any surface. I’ve used it for years and it’s held up well—only one small scuff, like a tiny fingerprint, shown in the photos. It’s in dalgety-bay, A921, and I’m just letting it go because I’ve found a newer one that fits my space better.
