2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC 250d Estate 4Matic AMG Line
Description
I’ve had this 2017 GLC 250d Estate for a few years now and honestly, it’s been a solid workhorse. It’s from llanarth, Ceredigion, and I’m just getting rid of it because I’ve moved on to something more practical. The AMG Line trim gives it that sporty look – darkened bits, sharp lines, and a bit of personality. It’s a diesel with a 2.1L engine that drives all four wheels, so it’s got good grip in all sorts of weather. The night package means the body looks darker at night, which I like – gives it a bit of character.
I’ve got LED headlights and the intelligent light system, which helps visibility, especially in the dark. Safety features like blind spot assist and adaptive cruise control mean it’s pretty hands-off when you’re on the road. The fuel tank holds 66 litres, so it’s good for long trips without needing to refuel too often.
Inside, it’s got comfortable black leather seats – not flashy, just comfortable. The boot’s big enough for a couple of suitcases or a big bike, which is useful when I’ve been travelling. It gets up to 57 mpg, so fuel costs aren’t a big deal. CO2 is low too, which I’m glad about.
It hits 62mph in just 7.6 seconds – not rocket science, but it’s quick enough for a city drive or a bit of highway fun. I’ve had it through a full history check, so I know it’s been well looked after. It’s not flashy or overbuilt, just a reliable car that’s done its job.
I’m not selling it because I need money – just because it’s time to upgrade. The price is £15,747.30, but I’m not going to talk about that much. If you’re thinking about a diesel estate with good range and solid features, this one’s been a real go-to for me.
