Pendleton Somerby Deluxe Electric Bike with Brand New Battery
Description
So I’ve been riding this Pendleton Somerby Deluxe for a few months now, and I’m finally cutting the cord. It’s a step-through mid-drive bike, which I love because it’s easy to get on and off — especially when you’ve got a full load or just want to hop on without fiddling with complicated levers. It’s aluminium frame, classic blue colour, retro vibe, and has 27-inch tubular tyres. The brakes are V-brakes with direct/linear pull — feels solid, doesn’t skid, and stops smoothly. Gears are on a derailleur with a thumb shifter, so it’s easy to shift without having to fumble with a twisty knob.
I’ve kept it in great shape — low mileage, all systems working, no major wear. The battery is brand new and came with the receipt, so it’s been properly tested and charged. I bought it for £350, and it’s been a real joy for daily commutes and weekend rides.
It’s a medium frame, so if you’re looking for something comfortable and not too stiff, this one’s a solid fit. No suspension, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me — just a smooth, direct ride.
I’m based in Sudbury, Babergh, and I’ll take it to the doorstep for collection. No offers, no haggling — just a straightforward handover. It’s not flashy, but it does what it’s supposed to do, and I’ve actually grown to like it.
