20" Scott Scale 7-Speed Kids Bike – Ready for Service

Description

This 20" Scott Scale 20 JR is currently being prepped for a quick service — no need to rush, just call me 1-2 days before you come to pick it up. I’ll wash it, lubricate it, and get it running smoothly before you take it home.

It’s been used but in very good condition — a few minor scratches on the frame, nothing that affects how it rides. The bike has been registered with the National Bike Register, so once you buy it, I’ll transfer the registration to you.

It’s a solid mountain hybrid with disc brakes (TEKTRO mechanical), 7-speed Shimano gearing, and a lightweight 6061 aluminium frame. Great for kids aged 7–9, about 120–135 cm tall. The orange colour stands out, and it’s got all the basics: reflectors, a bell, adjustable handlebar and saddle height, and a quick-release seatpost.

The wheels are alloy, tyres are Kenda 20x1.95 (inflatable to 40–65 psi), and the brakes work well — good for stopping on hills or when kids are racing. The gear shift is a Shimano twist grip, and the rear derailleur is a Shimano ALIVIO SIS.

I’ve kept it clean and maintained it properly, and it’s been tested — just needs a bit of service before it’s ready to go.

It’s based in Seaham, County Durham, so if you're local, it’s easy to pick up. I’m happy to meet you in person or over the phone to arrange a time.

No warranty on punctures — that’s something you’d need to manage on your own.
