It’s great for checking surface temps on things like car parts, food, or even just curious stuff around the house. The backlit screen makes it easy to read in the dark, and it switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit. There’s a laser line you can turn on or off if you want to aim it precisely. Not for taking body temps — that’s a different kind of thermometer. Comes with two AAA batteries, so just pop them in and go.
