Got this as a gift for my mum, still in the original box. Works perfectly – keeps towels warm or dries them quickly. I’ve been using it in my bathroom for years, and it’s been super reliable. Lives in a smoke and pet-free home, so it’s been kept clean and unused. Only a bit of minor scuffing on the base, nothing major.
