Whirlpool 209L Integrated Freezer
Description
So I’ve been holding onto this Whirlpool 209-litre integrated freezer for a while now, and finally decided to part with it. It’s been in my kitchen for years, and honestly, I’ve never needed to defrost it — thanks to that NoFrost tech that keeps frost from building up. No more scraping ice off the inside, which is a real win. It’s got a 209-litre capacity, so it can easily fit 11 grocery bags — I’ve tested it with full loads, and it’s plenty. The doors are reversible too, so I can adjust them to open left or right depending on how my kitchen’s laid out. That little detail made a real difference when I moved into the new place in heathfield, Wealden.
I love that the drawers are transparent — no more guessing what’s inside. And the internal light is bright enough to find things without opening the door. The freeze control helps keep food from getting freezer burn, and the fast freeze setting gets things into the freezer quicker without losing nutrition.
There’s also an EcoNight function — it defrosts at night when power rates are lower, which cuts down on energy costs a bit. I didn’t notice a big difference at first, but it adds up over time.
It’s not brand-new — it’s actually from a clearance batch, so it’s been returned to the manufacturer for minor issues like slight packaging wear or small cosmetic blemishes. I’ve checked it thoroughly, and it works perfectly. No issues with the door seals, lights, or freezing performance.
I’m not selling it for a big profit — just passing it on because I’ve got a new fridge coming in. The price is £269.10, but I don’t want to advertise it like that. If you’re looking for a solid, low-maintenance freezer with good storage space, this one’s been a real workhorse for me.
If you’re in heathfield, Wealden, or nearby, feel free to give it a look — it’s been in my kitchen for years and I’ve never had a problem with it.
