2021 Volkswagen T-Roc TSI EVO Black Edition 1.5 TSI Manual SUV
Description
I’ve had this 2021 T-Roc TSI EVO Black Edition for a couple of years now — only one owner, and it’s been properly checked through a full history and inspection. It’s a solid, well-maintained little SUV with a clean record and no major issues. The 1.5-litre petrol engine gets you from 0 to 60 in about 8.6 seconds — not flashy, but plenty quick for the day-to-day. I’ve actually driven it to work every day since I got it, and it handles the roads well. The black edition styling stands out — there’s a proper black decal on the C-pillar, black exhausts, body-coloured bumpers, and all the little touches like the piano black inserts and black door trim.
Inside, it’s got a 2-zone climate control with an allergen filter — useful if you or anyone in the family is sensitive. The seats are comfortable, with height adjustment and storage pockets. The steering wheel is leather-trimmed with grey stitching, and the dash feels modern. I’ve used the wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto a lot — just plug in and you’re good to go.
It’s got a lot of smart bits: automatic LED headlights that turn on at dusk, adaptive cruise control, lane assist, front assist with emergency braking, and parking sensors all round. The cabin lighting is decent too — ambient lights in the footwell and little light strips under the doors.
I’ve also got the 18-inch Arlo Black alloy wheels with diamond-turned finish — they look good and don’t scratch easily. The rear has USB-C charging, and there’s a cupholder in the front and a decent storage area in the boot. The boot is roomy enough for a couple of weekend trips.
It’s got everything you’d expect from a modern SUV — safety features, tech, comfort. I’ve kept it well looked after and it’s been serviced regularly. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not a full-size SUV, so if you’re looking for something bigger, it might not be your cup of tea — but for a city or suburban drive, it’s been more than enough.
I’m selling it because I’m moving to a new place in Mangotsfield, Staple Hill and Mangotsfield — it’s a bit of a change, and I’m looking to keep things simple. It’s been a great car to own, and I’d be happy to help someone else get into it.
Price is £15,975 — not a lot to say about that, just how it sits in the market. I’ve had a lifetime warranty on it, and there’s a £1,000 finance contribution if you part-exchange.
If you’re thinking about getting a reliable, tech-savvy SUV that’s not too flashy but still has good features, this one’s worth a look. I’ll let you know if you’re interested — no pressure, just a real car I’ve used for real life.
