Description

I’ve had this desk for a few years now and it’s honestly been a solid workhorse in my home office. It’s not fancy, but it does the job really well—especially since I work from home a lot.

It’s made from particleboard with a steel frame and reinforced crossbars, which gives it a solid feel. The tabletop can handle up to 50kg, and the monitor stand holds about 20kg, so it’s definitely not going to collapse under normal use. I’ve even kept a couple of books and a small lamp on it without any issues.

The feet are adjustable, which is a nice touch—means it doesn’t wobble on uneven floors, and it’s kind of nice for protecting my wooden floor in the old house we live in. Castle Donington, Hemington, so it’s not too far from where I’m actually living.

It came with everything: the desk, an accessory kit, and instructions. Assembly was pretty straightforward—just follow the numbers and you’re good to go. I didn’t have any trouble putting it together, and it’s been stable ever since.

I’m not using it much anymore—my setup’s changed a bit—so I’m parting with it. It’s not expensive, just £76.50, and I’ve actually used it a lot over the years. If you’re looking for something reliable and not too complicated, this might be worth a look.

Just keep in mind: don’t overload it. I’ve seen a few people try to put big printers or bookshelves on it, and it’s not meant for that. It’s more for a computer and a monitor, really.

If you’re in the area, I’d be happy to chat or even deliver it. Otherwise, just give it a quick check before you buy—everything’s in good shape.
