Got these organic aubergine plants in 8-inch pots, grown from seed and mature enough to start growing indoors or outside. They’re Black Beauty variety, which makes them a bit more robust and flavourful. I picked them up from a local farm and have been growing them in my garden in Wymondham, South Norfolk. They’re healthy, with strong stems and some leaves already showing. Just a bit of care and they’ll produce a decent crop. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now and they’re doing well.
