2003 Ford Galaxy Zetec Manual Diesel – 7 Seater, 85k Miles
Description
So I’ve been keeping this car for years, mostly just because it’s solid and runs smoothly. It’s a 2003 Ford Galaxy Zetec, diesel, manual transmission, 1896cc – grey colour, and only got 85,300 miles on it. The last MOT was done in October 2025, and I had it serviced properly in April 2025 – the service book is full of stamps, so it’s been properly looked after. It’s a 7-seater, which is great for families or if you’ve got a lot of stuff to carry around. The back seats can be taken out completely – if you take all five off, it turns into a really spacious van. I’ve actually used it that way a few times to store a wardrobe or even a bed.
The diesel engine is efficient – doesn’t burn through fuel, and it’s a good drive, especially on long trips. The cabin is roomy, the seats are comfortable, and the visibility’s decent. I’ve never had a problem starting it – it starts every time, even in the cold.
I’ve got two keys, but only one of them works for central locking (the other’s just a basic key).
I’m based in Bushey, Hertsmere, and I’m not looking to sell it to a dealership – it’s just something I’ve had for a while and I’m finally ready to part with it. I’ve been using it for family trips, weekend drives, and just general practicality.
Price is £1,035 – I know it’s not the top end, but it’s been well cared for and it’s a reliable car. If you’re thinking of buying a family-friendly, low-maintenance diesel van with good space and a proven track record, this one might fit.
No rush, no pressure – just happy to chat if you’re interested.
