Description

So, I’ve got this 2016 Range Rover Evoque 65 reg – 2.0 TDI auto – and I’m putting it up for sale. It’s got 18” alloys, full sat nav, sunroof, climate control, black interior, and it starts and drives. Fairly solid for what it is.

The front end took a hit – that’s the only real damage. I know it’s not perfect, and I’m not selling it as a “drivable daily” car, more like something you could look at if you’re planning to do a bit of work on it yourself or have a mechanic take a look.

I’ve had it checked and it does start and run – that’s all I’m saying. But don’t assume it’s in great shape. The engine and gearbox are both damaged, and we can’t guarantee they’ll start or run again after that. I’ve seen it, and I’m not making any promises about long-term reliability.

I live in Ongar, Epping Forest, so if you’re coming to see it, just give me a call. I’m happy to arrange a time to meet up.

Phone me: Pete – 07823 771751 or John – 07983 409520. Office number is 0115 7830715 (between 9am and 5pm).

We’re a small salvage lot – mostly vehicles from insurers – and I’ve been doing this for a while. We don’t give warranties on anything, and every vehicle is sold as seen. I’d really recommend you bring your own mechanic or engineer to take a proper look.

If you’re thinking about buying it, make sure you check the HPi status yourself – some of these vehicles come through claims, and they’ll show up on HPi eventually. Also, don’t assume it’s safe to drive on the road yet. It needs full repairs to meet legal standards. An MOT after repairs would be needed.

The price is £6,295.50 – that’s not going to change.

We accept all major debit cards, bank transfers, cash at site, or cash at bank. Any deposit I get is non-refundable, so just be sure you’re ready to go.

If you don’t pick it up by the agreed date, I’ll just keep it and sell it elsewhere. No refunds, no hassle.

And yeah – I’m not selling this as a weekend driver. It’s not a showpiece, and it’s not a vehicle I’d use myself. But if you’re into salvage, or you’re in the market for something with a bit of history and potential – this one’s worth a look.

Let me know if you want to see it. I’m not pushing anything, just sharing it.

P.S. The website is www.direct-salvage.co.uk – you can check out what else we’ve got. But nothing beats seeing it in person.
