2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE TD4 Diesel Auto – Front, Side and Rear Damage – Starts and Drives
Description
Hey there – I’m selling my 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE TD4 diesel auto. It’s a solid vehicle, just not in great shape. It’s had front, side, and rear damage – all from an insurance claim. It starts up and runs fine, which is good to know, but it’s definitely not in perfect condition.I’ve put a lot of thought into this one – it’s not something I’d recommend buying without seeing it in person. I’ve seen it, checked it out, and I know it’s not a “drive-ready” car as it stands. If you’re thinking about buying it, I’d really suggest you come and take a look. Bring your own mechanic or engineer – that way you can get a proper feel for the damage and how it’s actually holding up.
It’s a salvage vehicle, so no warranty at all. All the info I’ve shared here is just a quick summary – don’t rely on it. I’ve seen the HPI reports and some of these ones show clear at the time of check, but they’ll eventually get recorded on HPI. That said, you’ll need to do your own checks.
The vehicle’s been through an insurance claim, so it’s not a personal car – no private plates, no guarantee on mileage or original specs. If you want to drive it on the road, it’ll need full repairs and a new MOT after that. A MOT doesn’t mean it’s safe to drive – it might have been damaged after the test.
I’ve got it stored at Hassocks, Keymer. If you want to see it, just give me a call – I’m around between 9am and 4pm, and I’ll make sure you get a proper look.
I’m happy to take part exchanges, and I accept all major debit cards. Cash is fine too, but there’s a 2% handling fee if you pay cash on site or at the bank.
All deposits are non-refundable, and if you don’t collect it by the agreed date, I’m going to keep it and resell it.
I’m not selling it as a “perfect car” – I’m just selling it as it is. It’s a useful vehicle for someone who knows what they’re getting into. If you’ve got the time and the right mindset, I’d love to see you there.
If you’ve got any questions, just give either Shaun or Dave a ring. My office number is 0115 9300505.
And yeah – it’s worth noting that the price is £6,525. That’s not in the title, because I don’t want to be selling it like a billboard. It’s just a real car, real situation, real talk.
Let me know if you’re interested – I’ll get you sorted.
