French Louis XV Oak Double Bed Frame – Great Condition

This French Louis XV style oak bed frame is a real standout – solid, beautifully figured oak with that classic curved elegance you see in vintage French furniture. The headboard and footboards have lovely hand-carved details, and the sides are nicely shaped too. It’s not perfect – there are a few little chips, dents, and scratches, which you’ll see in the photos and video. But honestly, they don’t affect how it looks or functions at all. The wood has a natural, mellow patina that adds to the charm.

I cleaned it properly and gave it a light hand oil to bring out the grain – it’s not new, but it’s been well cared for. It’s a solid oak frame, so it’ll need a divan base or slats for the mattress. It fits an EU double mattress up to 140cm wide.
