I’m selling my 2017 VW Touareg R-Line Plus – it’s been a solid workhorse for years, and honestly, I’ve only ever driven it for long trips and family outings. The 3.0-litre diesel engine gives it plenty of punch, and it pulls smoothly even in 4x4 mode. I’ve kept it well maintained, and it’s Euro 6 compliant, so no worries about emissions.

Inside, it’s comfy – heated front seats, climate control, and that big panoramic sunroof that lets in loads of light. I love how it opens up the cabin, especially when it’s chilly. The R-Line styling gives it a bit of a premium feel, and features like automatic headlights and a 360-degree camera make parking a breeze.

It’s got a quick 0-62 in under 7.3 seconds, which isn’t just for show – I’ve actually used it on winding country roads and it handles well. The boot’s big enough for a suitcase, a bike, or just extra gear. And because it’s low insurance group, it’s not a huge cost to keep running.

It’s based in Burgess-Hill, Mid Sussex, so if you’re local, it’s a pretty easy drive. I’ve had it through a few hands and it’s been loved and looked after. I’m not selling it for auction – it’s a personal sale, and I’ve only ever used it for real-life needs.
