2004 Vauxhall Astra Estate Manual
Description
Got this car from a neighbour who’s been driving it for years — it’s actually been well looked after, no rust, no big issues, just the kind of car you’d trust to go on a long drive. It’s a club edition, so has alloy wheels and air conditioning, and it starts right away, no leaks, no squeaks — smooth as butter when you turn it on.I bought it from her after she and her husband owned it from new, and it’s got a full service history. Last time it had a cam belt and water pump — that was £300, but it’s been kept in great shape. The brakes and tyres are brand new, and it only has 91k on the clock. Had a clutch and alternator last year too, but everything’s still running fine.
The front bumper has a few dents — the lady owner had an eye condition, so a couple panels got dented, including the primer grey one — but nothing major. Roof bars aren’t included.
I’ve been in an accident three months ago and it’s been a slow recovery — I’ve just started walking again, so I’m looking for something with an automatic gearbox. Honestly, I’m not selling it for a lot, but if you’re serious about buying, I’d say £1000 — otherwise, I’ll keep it.
It’s a solid car, just not the right fit for me now.
