Got this 2012 Stella Eclipse double-glazed caravan sitting on a quiet site just four miles outside Lytham/St Ann’s. It’s a solid 1-bedroom, 4-birth unit with everything you’d need — fully equipped, good space, and it’s been kept well. The boiler’s been giving me a bit of trouble and needs fixing, which is why the price is a bit lower than expected. Site fees are low and paid up until January 2026 — the site only closes for about six weeks each year (15th January to 1st March), so you’re not losing out on much. No age limits on caravans, as long as you keep it clean and tidy. It’s currently in Tilbury, Thurrock, and I’m just looking to get it off my hands.
