MTB BOTTOM BRACKET ASSEMBLY WITH 126mm BB AND SQUARE PEDALS
Description
This is the bottom bracket setup I took off my old 21-speed ladies Raleigh Tundra MTB — it’s been used quite a bit, but mostly kept in good shape. I’ve got the full kit: axle, ball bearings, cups, lock ring, and pedal nuts. It’s the original fitment, so it’s been on the bike since the start. When I checked it on the bike, the left side had a tiny bit of runout when turning the axle — just a bit visible, not much in practice. I think a clean and reseat might have fixed it, but I don’t think it’d make a big difference on the road. I swapped it out for a sealed unit later, but this one's still in one piece and mostly intact.
The axle is HT 3T stamped, 126mm, with the square pedal mounts — the full length is 147.8mm, and the measurements from the bearing seats to the pedal ends are 39mm and 34mm respectively. Cups have standard British/BSA/BSC threading, right-hand on the right cup, left-hand on the left. There are 18 shiny, not rusty 18x6.3mm ball bearings. The pedal nuts fit a 14mm hex socket.
Total weight of all parts is about 348g. I’d be happy to send it for £4.50 — just let me know if you'd prefer to pick it up in person. I don’t have PayPal, so if that’s a bit of a hurdle, we can work something else out.
It’s not super fancy, but it’s complete and works as-is. If you're into bikes or tinkering, this might be useful. I’m based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
