So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2012 Hyundai IX35 Estate, manual, 1.6L diesel. Got it second-hand but it’s been properly looked after, with both owners keeping it well. HPI clear, MOT till November, so it’s all good and legal. 101k miles, not a lot on the clock for a car this age.

I’ve had it serviced recently — invoices are with it — and the battery, tyres, and rear parking sensors were all replaced. The bodywork and interior are in great shape, no dents or wear. Everything works: electric windows, air con, heated seats, sat nav, Bluetooth, start/stop, reverse camera, even the spare tyre.

It’s a solid, reliable car — good fuel economy, around 58mpg, not too expensive to insure or maintain. I’ve only driven it a few miles a week, so it’s been kept in good order.
