I’m parting with my 2005 Aston Martin DB9 – a car I’ve had for over 15 years, and honestly, it’s one of the few I’ve ever felt truly connected to. It’s silver, clean inside and out, and still looks sharp even after all this time.

The engine’s a 5.9L V8, good for 450 bhp, which means it’s quick – 0-62 in just under 5 seconds. Not flashy, but you feel it when you’re driving. It’s a smooth automatic, which makes it easy to drive whether you’re on the road or in the city. The 19-inch alloy wheels look sharp and help with handling, and the adjustable steering column means I can get the perfect driving position – something I’ve really appreciated over the years.

It’s got all the basics: airbags, ABS, traction control, ESP, central locking, electric windows, climate control, and a CD player. The leather seats are still comfy, and I’ve kept it well-maintained.

I’ve had it serviced regularly, and it’s coming with a new MOT and a full service. There’s also a warranty included – not a big deal, but it’s nice to have.

It’s based in Essex, England, and I live a bit out of the way, so please call before you come – not all cars are on site.
