I’ve got a detached retail building in Dudley, West Midlands, that’s been set up as a beauty salon. It’s on a main road—part of the A89—so it’s easily accessible, and there’s free parking right outside. The space is pretty well put together: a single entrance leads into a waiting area that connects to an open-plan salon. There are two treatment rooms, a kitchen, and a welfare area—everything’s got proper fittings, from lighting to wall and floor fixtures.
