It’s Studio LG2, about 850 sq ft, with high ceilings, lots of natural light, polished floors, and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. The interior’s clean and blank, so you can set up whatever you need.

It’s part of a secure creative hub with 24/7 access, CCTV, and access to a WC and kitchenette. I’ve used it for dance and fitness sessions, but it’d work just as well for rehearsals, content shoots, or even turning it into a small office.

It’s not in Hackney anymore — it’s in Holyhead, so the vibe and location are different. Still, it’s a solid, flexible space with rolling leases. I’m not charging a lot — just £9, which is what I’m keeping it at.
