2010 Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 TSI SE 6-Speed Manual
Description
So I’ve been keeping this car for over a decade now — it’s been my first car, and honestly, it’s held up really well. It’s a 2010 Jetta 1.4 TSI SE with the facelift model, 6-speed manual, 120bhp, and only had two owners from new. The last one kept it for over 7 years, and I’ve always been hands-on with it — every service, every bit of work, every invoice is in the book. It’s got a full MOT in January 2026, and the service history is solid — 12 services done, with full records and receipts. I had the timing chain and water pump done at 105k, which cost about £500, and the clutch was replaced at 103k — over £350 — both with full invoices. I did a full service at 111k, and recently had the front and rear wheel bearings and ABS sensors sorted — that was over £150.
New battery too — Bosch, 4-year warranty — just had it installed. The tyres are all good, and the interior’s been spotless. I had it valeted recently, and the bodywork is clean for the mileage. The engine and gearbox are solid — it’s a smooth drive, no issues at all.
Inside, it’s got the full VW sound system with steering controls, aux, USB, Bluetooth phone and streaming, cruise control, parking sensors, auto lights, welcome light, auto-dimming rear mirror, and ISOFIX points for kids. All windows are electric, and the info screen has trip computer.
It’s been kept very well — no major issues, just regular maintenance. I’ve driven it a lot, but it’s still reliable, efficient, and easy to use. I’ve had it for years, and it’s been a great family car.
The original keys and floor mats are still with it. If you’re looking at something that’s practical, reliable, and actually feels like a real car — this one’s been a solid daily driver.
I’ve priced it at £1,395 — no time wasters, just a straightforward, honest offer. If you’re thinking of checking it out, a test drive is definitely worth it.
