2022 Polestar 2 Long Range Electric SUV – Single Motor, 78kWh, Black Interior
Description
This is my 2022 Polestar 2 long-range model – the one with the single motor and 78kWh battery. I’ve had it for a couple of years now and it’s been a solid daily driver. It’s got a clean, modern look with the black headlining and interior trim, and the 11-inch centre screen paired with the 12.3-inch driver display is easy to use.The cabin is well set up – heated seats, heated steering wheel, and heated windscreen washes. I like the climate control system, especially the 2-zone setup, and the heat pump works really well. There’s a PM2.5 sensor too, which I found handy for tracking air quality.
The wheels are 19-inch 5-spoke black diamond cut, front and rear – clean and sharp. The alloy wheels are properly colour-matched to the rest of the car, and the rear roof grab handles and mirror covers are all coordinated. I also have a couple of USB-C ports and a standard 12V outlet, which is useful for charging small devices.
I’ve got the full European charging setup – Type 2, Mode 2 and Mode 3 – so it’s ready for both home and public charging. The car has a fixed panoramic sunroof, parking assist cameras, hill start assist, and cruise control. The keyless entry with remote tag and hands-free tailgate open is a real plus.
It’s got a lot of features that I use regularly – like the auto-dimming mirrors, interior motion sensor, and inductive charging for my phone. The seats have 4-way power lumbar, and the front seats are supported by Michelin V tyres. There’s also a glove box hook, a grocery bag holder, and a first aid kit in the boot.
I bought it through Waylands, a family-run dealership in Glossop, High Peak – they’re Volvo-approved and I’ve had great service there. The car came with the owner’s manual, warranty booklet, and all the original paperwork.
I’m moving to Glossop, High Peak, and I’m looking to part with it. It’s been well maintained, and I’m happy with how it’s run. The price is £20,695.50 – I’ll keep that in mind when discussing it, but it’s not something I’m pushing.
If you’re interested, I’m happy to chat or even meet up for a quick drive. No pressure, just a real car that I’ve used every day.
