Nissan Elgrand 7 Seater Automatic
Description
Got this Nissan Elgrand about 20 years ago – it’s a Japanese import with the 3.5i petrol engine. It’s been running smooth since the start, and I’ve had all the standard checks done, including the full MOT in January. It’s done just over 120,000 miles and has been kept well, with regular servicing. The automatic gearbox works fine, and it’s got keyless entry and keyless start, plus auto wipers, lights, and a full speedometer with MPH and kmh dials. The rear cats were removed a while back – not a big deal, but it’s a bit of a habit now. I’ve got 19-inch alloys, a top-end DAB Android stereo that plays DVDs, and a double sunroof. The front seats are manual, and the rear ones can fold down completely to make a proper double bed – handy for weekend trips or guests.
I’ve had the oil and filter changed recently, and the rear wheel bearings were serviced too – new brake pads as well. The body’s got a few small marks, which is normal for a 21-year-old car, but it still looks great in the sun with that pearlescent paint. The fan belt makes a bit of noise when you start it, but only at first – it settles quickly.
I’ve upgraded to a newer model, so I’m passing this one on. It’s got all the paperwork in order. It’s currently parked at Whitby-Ellesmere-Port, Whitby Road. I’m not selling it for a lot – it’s just a solid, reliable car that I’ve used for years. Thought someone might find it useful.
