Got this car about 10 years ago and it’s been my go-to for everything — long drives, commuting, even weekend trips. It’s a solid 2009 S40 with 1798cc, manual gearbox, and all the basics. Still runs well, MOT done in August 2026, and I’ve kept up with regular oil and filter changes. The overall condition is good — just a small scratch on the front end, and the right wing mirror doesn’t work perfectly, though I’ve been thinking about replacing it. The boot’s been serviced regularly, so it’s in decent shape overall. I’m selling it now because I’ve upgraded to something newer, but it’s still reliable and easy to drive. It’s based in great-sutton, Ellesmere Port, so no far away drives needed.
